Evidence before claims
We distinguish an indicative screen from a bill-audited assessment and an issued pathway term sheet. Each has a different confidence boundary.
Foundation-1 is building the coordination and evidence platform for agribusiness energy migration. It is not another catalogue of solar hardware.

Our thesis / 01
Energy assets are only one part of an operating transition.
An agribusiness still needs to understand the tariff, reconcile evidence, choose a viable structure, authorize progression, complete KYC and then review the pathway term sheet. Foundation-1 coordinates that sequence as one case from first screen to engineering.
Operating principles / 02
We distinguish an indicative screen from a bill-audited assessment and an issued pathway term sheet. Each has a different confidence boundary.
The process asks for more only when the next input creates a more valuable decision asset for the customer.
Foundation-1 manages KYC through a secure, case-specific process and shares it only with authorized parties where required.
Migration cases preserve evidence status, stage progression, outputs and open gaps so the process does not disappear into email threads.
Where we sit / 03
Foundation-1 keeps customer continuity while each party retains its proper commercial and approval responsibility.
Supplies operating facts, complete requested evidence and approval at each explicit gate.
Screens, normalizes, assesses, manages KYC and issues and owns Awaken's wheeling PPA term sheet.
The bank issues Eden's term sheet directly and performs its approval. Delivery partners execute approved structures.
Current scope / 04
An indicative first migration range from operating facts.
Complete-period normalization and explicit evidence gaps.
Foundation-1 coordinates KYC through the secure case process after the assessment and EOI.
The relevant pathway term sheet follows completed KYC. Engineering begins only once the case is approved.
The initial report requires no utility bill and makes no promise of formal approval. It shows whether the next investigation is worth doing.
